About Rachel Sabhlok:

Rachel Sabhlok joined Navitas in December 2025 as Vice President of People, responsible for all global human resources functions. Rachel is a seasoned Human Resources leader with expertise in working across technical and scientific organizations to build teams, scale businesses, and build high performing organizations. She is focused on building an innovative, inclusive and engaging culture designed to attract, retain and develop talent globally.

Prior to joining Navitas, she held Human Resources leadership roles overseeing scientific and manufacturing organizations at Gilead Sciences. Previous to Gilead, she held leadership roles at Northrop Grumman. She has also held senior HR roles at  Cetera Financial Group and Raytheon Technologies where she launched her career.

Rachel holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from UMass Amherst and a Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
