About Cristiano Amoruso:

Cristiano Amoruso is Managing Member and Portfolio Manager of Byreforge, a New York- and London-based investment firm focused on driving long-term value in publicly listed companies through operational and strategic improvements.

Cristiano currently serves on the boards of Navitas Semiconductor (Nasdaq: NVTS) and Magnachip Semiconductor (NYSE: MX). Prior to founding Byreforge, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Suniva, Inc., where he led a successful operational turnaround. He also held senior investment roles at Lion Point Capital and previously served as a director at Starboard Value.

Cristiano holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Laurea in Economics and Commerce from the University of Bari, Italy.
