About Davin Lee:

Davin Lee brings over 30 years of experience, specializing in the strategic leadership and operational growth of analog and power management businesses at publicly traded companies. Davin has consistently demonstrated the ability to scale high-power portfolios and capture market share in competitive segments.

Most recently, Davin served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Embedded Processing and Analog & Connectivity at Renesas Corporation, where he directed the strategy and execution of both business units. His background also includes serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Advanced Mixed-Signal Group at Dialog Semiconductor and as Chief Executive Officer of Scintera Networks.

During his tenure at Intersil, Davin led the power management group to market leadership positions within high-power segments. He also held various management positions at Xicor, Altera, and National Semiconductor.

Davin holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
