About Siddarth Sundaresan:

Siddarth brings over 15 years of pioneering experience in SiC and GaN power device and process technologies to Navitas. Siddarth was a critical innovator at GeneSiC Semiconductor gaining over 20 patents, over 60 peer-reviewed technical papers, and helped to establish GeneSiC as the industry leader in high voltage, high-temperature SiC technology.

Siddarth holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai, India, a Master’s in Electrical Engineering and PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from George Mason University, Fairfax, VA, USA.
