About Scott Martin:

Scott has over 32 years of semiconductor experience managing operations engineering organizations. Prior to joining Navitas he worked at large multi-national companies include Renesas, Rockwell, Freescale and Conexant as well as smaller start-ups including Axiom Micro Devices and AyDeeKay. Focused on bridging technology definition and enablement to new product introduction and mass production, he has played a critical role in enabling broad classes of semiconductor solutions for applications including handsets, datacenters, automotive and consumer. He has a proven track record of collaboration with major semiconductor supply chain partners in provide compelling, high quality and cost-efficient products to worldwide IC customers

Prior to joining Navitas, Scott served as Vice President of Operations Engineering at Renesas, where he led the company’s technology and operations engineering organization. Leadership scope included global team management of over 900 employees, executing internal and external technology enablement for a broad class of Power, Discrete, and Logic solutions as well as the production lifecycle management for thousands of orderable parts.

Scott holds Bachelor of Science Degrees in Physics & Electrical Engineering, an MBA and a PhD in Electrical Engineering / Device Physics from the University of California, Irvine
