About Siddarth Sundaresan:

Siddarth (Sid) is Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer of Navitas since April 2025. In this role, he is responsible for all SiC and GaN technology development and oversees all technology directions. He joined the company following its acquisition of GeneSiC Semiconductor in August 2022 and has been leading technology group since then.

At GeneSiC, Sid was a critical innovator during his 15 year tenure, helping establish the company as an industry leader in high-voltage, high-temperature SiC technology. Sid is named on over 30 US and international patents and has co-authored over 80 peer-reviewed technical papers. He has served on technical program committees and chaired technical sessions at prestigious international conferences in the power semiconductor field including ISPSD and ICSCRM. 

Sid holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai, India, MS and PhD in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University, Fairfax, VA, USA. Sid has over 20 years of pioneering experience in SiC and GaN power device and process technologies.
