About Paul Wheeler:

Paul Wheeler is Vice President of High‑Voltage SiC at Navitas, with end‑to‑end responsibility for strategy, portfolio execution, and commercial scale‑up of next‑generation power semiconductor platforms. He leads product planning, customer engagement, and cross‑functional execution to deliver differentiated high voltage and ultra high voltage SiC products and solutions into AI datacenter, energy and grid infrastructures, performance computing, and industrial electrification markets.

Paul brings deep experience in global semiconductor leadership, full P&L ownership, and disciplined execution across technology development, qualification, and commercialization.

Paul hold a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Queens University Belfast, Northern Ireland, and a MEng in Electronic Information Engineering from Nagoya University, Japan.
