About Gary Wunderlich:

Gary Wunderlich is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Live Oak Merchant Partners and serves as President and Chief Financial Officer of two Special Purpose Acquisition Companies—Live Oak Mobility Acquisition Corporation (NYSE: LOKM) and Live Oak Crestview Climate Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: LOCC).

Prior to co-founding Live Oak, Gary founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Wunderlich Securities, Inc., a full-service investment banking and brokerage firm, from 1996 until its successful merger with B. Riley Financial, Inc. (NASDAQ: RILY) in July 2017. During that time, he managed or co-managed 151 transactions, raising more than $21.5 billion in proceeds for issuers.

Under his leadership, Wunderlich Securities was recognized as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America by Inc. Magazine for four consecutive years (2010–2013). He continued as Chief Executive Officer of Wunderlich (rebranded B. Riley Wealth) until November 2018 and served as a director of B. Riley Financial until July 2018, helping guide the firm’s growth into a full-service investment bank with revenues exceeding $120 million.

Gary currently serves on the boards of America’s Lift Chair, the Society of Entrepreneurs, Memphis River Parks Partnership, ArtsMemphis, and The Campbell Foundation. He is also a member of the advisory board of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) and a member of the YPO Southern 7 Gold Chapter.

Gary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Finance from the University of Memphis.
