About Cristiano Amoruso:

Cristiano Amoruso is an investor and operating executive with
significant track record of value creation in the technology industry.
Mr. Amoruso served as board member and chief executive officer of Suniva, Inc., United States’ largest merchant manufacturer of solar semiconductor PV cells, which he led from its emergence from bankruptcy in 2019 until early 2025, driving substantial shareholder value creation.

Between 2015 and 2025, Mr. Amoruso was an analyst and partner at Lion Point Capital, where he led investments notably in the technology and renewable energy industries. Prior to Lion Point, Mr. Amoruso served as director at Starboard Value, an investment adviser focusing on driving operational and structural improvements in public companies. Mr. Amoruso was previously an investor at Infracapital, Prudential M&G’s infrastructure private equity manager.

Mr. Amoruso holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, and is a graduate of the University of Bari, Italy, where he received a Laurea (Bachelor’s Degree), 110/110 e lode, in Economics and Commerce.
