About Dirk Petrini:

Dirk Petrini is Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales since April 2025. He joined Navitas Semiconductor in October 2025 as Vice-President for Americas & Taiwan Sales as well as global Data Center vertical.

Dirk is a seasoned semiconductor executive with over two decades experience spanning core engineering, enterprise partnerships, and global sales management. He has held technical and sales leadership roles at leading technology companies including Renesas Electronics, Integrated Device Technology (IDT), and Cisco Systems.

Before joining Navitas, Dirk served as Head of Global Cloud and Enterprise Sales at Renesas Electronics, overseeing the company’s strategic vertical growing to several hundreds of millions of dollars. Prior to that, he ran the Americas Sales and Applications team for Renesas and held senior sales leadership positions at Integrated Device Technology (IDT). He began his career with a decade at Cisco Systems, focusing on hardware engineering and system design.

Dirk has led teams serving cloud, data center, networking, industrial, defense and enterprise infrastructure markets. He has strong technical knowledge on system design. Known for seamlessly bridging the gap between complex engineering innovations and business-first solutions, he brings a strong track record of commercial transformation, strategic alliances, and global revenue growth. 

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from San José State University.
