About Llew Vaughan-Edmunds:

Llew Vaughan-Edmunds is Vice President and General Manager of the GaN Business Unit at Navitas, with end-to-end responsibility for strategy, portfolio execution, and commercial scale-up of next-generation GaN power semiconductors. He leads product strategy, customer engagement, and cross-functional execution to deliver differentiated GaN products and solutions into AI datacenter, energy and grid infrastructures, performance computing, and industrial electrification markets.

Llew brings over 25 years of experience in global power semiconductor leadership, with prior roles at Infineon Technologies, International Rectifier, Onsemi, and Applied Materials. His background spans product development, marketing, and business leadership, with a strong track record of scaling advanced power technologies from innovation through qualification to high-volume production.

Llew holds degrees from Liverpool and Chapman University and holds a patent in GaN device technology. He has served on multiple industry boards, including as Chairman of the PowerAmerica consortium, contributing to the advancement of wide bandgap semiconductor adoption.
