About Matthew Sant:

Matthew Sant joined Navitas as Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel in September 2025. Matt is a seasoned in-house attorney with deep experience in the semiconductor industry. Matt worked at Broadcom Corporation, a Fortune 500 semiconductor company, where he served in a number of positions, including Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, and General Counsel of the Broadband and Connectivity Group. He also worked at Skyworks Solutions, a global semiconductor manufacturer, where he served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel.

Following Skyworks, Matt served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Romeo Power, a publicly traded manufacturer of battery systems for commercial vehicle applications and Astra Space, a publicly traded space and defense company. Matt began his career at the law firm of Irell & Manella LLP, where he was a partner in the corporate securities and intellectual property departments and served as co-chair of the Emerging Technologies work group.

Matt earned his JD from Harvard Law School and has a BA from Westmont College where he double majored in economics and business and political science. He has also served as the Chairman of the World Affairs Council of Orange County and as adjunct faculty at Chapman University.
