About Ranbir Singh:

Ranbir Singh joined Navitas through the acquisition of GeneSiC Semiconductor, which he founded in 2004.

Ranbir has dedicated his career to advancing high-performance, high-reliability semiconductors and is widely recognized in the power electronics community. He has authored more than 200 journal and conference papers, holds over 40 U.S. patents, and has written a book on power semiconductor devices.

Ranbir holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and both a Master’s degree and PhD in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
