纳微(Navitas)半导体近日宣布推出迄今为止世界上最小的65W USB-PD(Type-C)电源适配器参考设计。相比传统硅IC,这种高频、高效的AllGaN功率IC可缩小变压器、滤波器和散热器的尺寸、减轻重量和降低成本。传统基于硅类功率器件的设计需要98-115cc(或6-7 in3)和300g重量,但基于AllGaN功率IC的65W新设计体积仅为45cc(或2.7 in3),而重量仅为60g。
