GaN power IC technology enables a new class of high-efficiency, high-density power systems
EL SEGUNDO, Calif.–(PR Web)— Navitas Semiconductor today announced it will present the latest in GaNFast power IC advances with multiple technical papers at this year’s PCIM Europe conference. PCIM (Power Conversion & Intelligent Motion) is Europe’s leading meeting-point for specialists in power electronics and applications in motor drive, renewable energy, electric vehicles and energy management.
Navitas’ GaNFast reference designs cover a broad range of applications and markets from 27 W USB-PD for fast-charging smartphones and ultrabooks, to 150 W gaming laptop adapters and on up to 3,200 W telecom power systems.
