GaN power ICs ramp production for fast-chargers and target kW+ applications
EL SEGUNDO, Calif.–(PR Web)— Navitas Semiconductor today announced it will present the latest in GaNFast power IC advances and leading-edge end-customer examples at this year’s PCIM Europe conference. PCIM (Power Conversion & Intelligent Motion) is Europe’s leading meeting-point for specialists in power electronics and applications in motor drive, renewable energy, electric vehicles and energy management.
The world’s first GaNFast power ICs enable power systems to simultaneously achieve MHz-frequency and highest-efficiency operation. These advances translate to smaller, faster, lighter and lower cost power conversion.
